WORKING WITH TAYLOR: THE PROCESS

  • CONSULTATION PHASE

    Once you fill out the request form, Taylor will review and respond within 48 business hours. She will schedule a 30 minute phone consultation to select services and discuss the goals of your space. If your project is a fit for Taylor, she will schedule a walkthrough appointment of your space to provide an accurate proposal.

    Your Investment: $50 phone consult fee, $125 walkthrough fee.

    *walkthrough fee will be applied as a credit towards your project should you decide to go under contract with Versa Styled.

  • PROPOSAL PHASE

    Within 15 business days of your walkthrough appointment, you will receive your initial proposal. This will include your project timeline, room-by-room design plans, your investment, and versastyled terms and conditions. You will have 5 business days to review and respond with requests for change. Within 5 business days of your response, you will receive your final proposal.

    Clients must make decisions to move forward within 10 business days of receiving their final proposal.

  • PROJECT PHASE

    Your timeline will depend on project scope and complexity. This phase consists of all selections, renovations, furnishing and styling needed to create your dream space. This phase is intentionally navigated with extensive communication, transparency, and partnership between Taylor and her clients. Taylor and her highly trusted contractors come with years of versatile expertise. This phase does not end until you are 100% satisfied.

    Note: All purchases relevant to your project will be made by Taylor.
